How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Personal information is collected via booking system Pembee to complete your booking
• To book onto our classes we need to know who you are and how to contact you.
• We need to know the age of your child(ren) to make sure the class is appropriate.
• We will hold details of your name, contact details, name and age of your child(ren), allergy information and details of the classes and events you have attended.
• To contact you to cancel any classes
• To contact you when rebooking time comes around
• Finally, when you are paying, the payment provider (Stripe) needs to know your details to verify the card (this information is not retained by us). We do not store any financial data.

Your information is securely stored via Pembee booking system.Please refer to their privacy policy for more information.
We retain your information for the minimum period possible for business or legal reasons.

Opt-in or Opt out to marketing emails

When booking, you can opt-in or opt-out to receive marketing emails from us so that we can tell you about any offers or special events via the attendee questions via our booking page.

If you choose to opt-out we will announce on our Social Media platforms about these offers or special events.
