Luna Lights Sensory ® provides structured, age-appropriate early learning classes, grouped by developmental stage to best support each child’s learning and development:

• Zen Lunas: 6 weeks - 4 months

• Tiny Luna: 3–6 months (non-crawlers)
   
• Little Luna: 6–pre-walking
   
• Luna Tots: Walking to 36 months

•  Luna Daddy + Me: Monthly class designed for dads. Suitable from 4m - pre-walking.

We recommend booking your child into the class that best matches their current developmental stage rather than strictly their age. Each class is carefully structured to support age-appropriate learning and sensory development, so joining a class that aligns with your child’s skills and abilities will provide the most beneficial experience.

If you’re unsure which class is most suitable, please contact us and we can advise based on your child’s developmental needs.

Yes, we offer twin and sibling discounts to support families attending multiple classes. Please contact us before booking so we can apply the appropriate discount.

Our term time classes are block bookings.

However we do run special single classes throughout the year. Check our website for upcoming special classes.

Free on road parking is available on Firgrove road and School Lane. 

We kindly ask to not park directly alongside the hall to ensure traffic flows and to respect neighbours.

There is room for up to 4 cars on the driveway. These spaces are reserved for twins or anyone running late to class.

We limit the number of additional adults per class for the comfort and enjoyment of all. 

You can request a +1 space via the additional adult request page on our website.

Twin mamas are welcome to bring extra hands each week!

We ask only the booked child (and their attending adult) join Tiny and Little Luna sessions. 

Siblings under 12m may attend Luna Tots classes provided they remain in a pram or carrier for the duration of class for their safety.

Certainly, please go to the gift a class page on website and fill out form to request. Request must be made 24 hours in advance to class.

If the desired class is fully booked, keep an eye on our socials for any changes and join the class waitlist for priority booking the next term.

Keeping our space clean is really important to us!

We have 20 minutes between every class to clean, reset and prepare the room for the next Lunas.

Mats, sensory equipment and high-touch surfaces are cleaned between sessions  alongside our regular deep cleaning procedures. 

All Luna Lights Sensory ® classes are designed around babies natural routines and developmental needs. It’s completely normal for babies to feed, sleep, or cry during class, and activities are structured to allow flexibility so your child can participate at their own pace.

To help protect all our little ones, families and class leader, please do not attend Luna Lights Sensory if your child or anyone in your household has experienced any of the following:

Fever: Within the last 24 hours.

Vomiting or diarrhoea: Within the last 48 hours.

Heavy nasal discharge.

Discharging eyes.

Please also do not attend if your child or a household member has symptoms of, or has been diagnosed with, a communicable illness, including:

Measles
Chickenpox
Rubella (German measles)
Whooping cough (pertussis) or a persistent, unexplained cough
Impetigo
Scarlet fever
Hand, foot and mouth disease
Norovirus
COVID-19

Zen Lunas class - 48 hrs after vaccines to participant in baby massage.

Please follow current NHS guidance regarding isolation, contagious periods and when it is safe to return to classes. Some illnesses remain contagious after symptoms improve, so please ensure the recommended exclusion period has passed before attending.

April is qualified in Nurturing Touch (Baby Massage), Somatic practices and Makaton Level 1.

She also has 10 years experience in Learning & Development, with classes created in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and holds CPD certificates in Learning through play, Theories of Child development and Learning, and Safeguarding responsibilities in early years.

DBS checked and Paediatric First Aid trained.
